Back in 2004, I went for an interview at Cemex in Rugby to be PA to a Director. As you can imagine, I was quiet nervous, until I meet Neville.
He said that his first and most important question was 'How do I feel about the Welsh and Wales?' My answer was 'My name, Gaynor is Welsh and so was my maiden name, Morris, so I really have no problems at all' all the time thinking to myself what are you saying ??
Nevilles response was 'That makes you almost Welsh then, the job is yours'
That was the first day of many happy years working with Neville, a true gentleman who idolised his 'girls' Patricia, Holly and Katie, as much as he loved his beloved Wales and Rugby .
My love and deepest condolences to all of you.
Gaynor (almost Welsh) Woodhouse. xx
